Registration
The Indiana Coalition Network is for the Local Coordination Councils.
If your LCC is not yet on the platform, please contact us HERE, include your organization name, primary contact name and email address. You will be contacted by an ICN team member, you will receive the LCC On-Boarding Template which you will need to complete with your LCC information and send it back to us.
Upon receipt of your completed On-Boarding Template, your organization account will be created. The primary contact will receive a
Welcome Email
The Welcome Email includes a link to the site and login credentials. The password provided is temporary and we recommend that you change it with one that you will remember easily. For your security, DO NOT share your login credentials with other people.
Organization Admin
The Organization Admin is the person responsible for updating the organization information which is published in the "Local Coordinating Councils" locator. The primary contact is the Organization Admin, by default.
Manage Organization Information
Following are functions to manage your Organization's information and member access. Click an image to find out more.
1. Update Organization Profile

The organization's information can be updated on this page, including:
- Coalition name
- Address - this is the street address of you coalition
- Location - city, state, zip. You can enter the zip and the city and state choices will be displayed. Location information (city or zip) are used in the search for Recovery Organizations and Services.
- Phone
- Website - enter the full URL. Your web address links directly to your organization website from the Locator. You may also use your social media URL if you do not have a website.
- Short description - this organization information is displayed alongside your LCC name and logo on the list of LCCs
- Long description - this is the expanded organization information is displayed on the Organization page.
2. Manage Access

Members of an organization can be registered as members of ICN by adding them as follows:

1. Add team member
2. Enter the member's email address » Submit
3. Provide additional information, including first name, last name, job title, Sector, and create a username. It is common practice to use first initial+lastname in the creation of username. » Submit
4. You will see a confirmation » View access
5. Your team member is now registered in ICN. An email will be sent by the system to your member with instructions on how to complete the registration.
3. View Organization Profile

This is organization information that the visitors to ICN see when they click on your organization logo from the list on the Local Coordinating COuncils Locator. Information on this page includes:
- Coalition Profile
- Location
- Phone
- Website URL
- Contact - this email link sends email directly to the Coalition's contact person
